Originally from Germany, Dr. Tosti has lived and studied in various parts of the world, including China, Austria, and several U.S. states before settling in sunny Florida. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she served as class president and presidential ambassador. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for esthetic dentistry and surgery, which led her to pursue advanced specialty training in periodontics. Dr. Tosti completed a three-year residency in periodontics at Texas A&M University, serving as chief resident and earning a Master’s degree in Oral Biology. Her training included surgical experience at the Children’s Hospital and teaching responsibilities in the predoctoral department. She also led a research project evaluating sutures and cyanoacrylate adhesive in periodontal surgery, contributing to advancements in evidence-based clinical dentistry. She has extensive training in digitally guided implant placement, advanced implant site development techniques, esthetic gingival grafting and contouring, and conscious sedation. As a periodontist, Dr. Tosti’s primary mission is to provide excellent preventive care, prioritize patient comfort, and deliver both functional and esthetic results. She emphasizes a patient-centered approach, ensuring each individual’s needs and concerns are central to every treatment plan. Additionally, Dr. Tosti is committed to using the latest evidence-based practices to achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside the office, Dr. Tosti enjoys spending time in nature, staying active through new sports and activities, and exploring different cultures through travel. She embraces adventure—whether hiking, scuba diving, or learning something new.
